Futures are pointing to a higher open at this point in the morning.

European markets are trading higher so far today.

In Tokyo the Nikkei 225 did end just a bit lower.

Crude oil is $88.00 per barrel.

Wholesale gasoline is $2.26 per gallon.

Natural gas is just under $7.00 per unit.

Gold back above $800.00 per ounce.Pending home sales figures will be released at 10:00 this morning.

Friday’s action saw the Dow gain almost 6 points, the Nasdaq lost just under 3 points, and the S&P gave back 2.68 points.

The Lundberg Survey showing the national average price of a gallon of gasoline declined by 9 censt on average.

UBS announcing another $10 billion of subprime write offs.

A report is out that Blackstone Group is working on a bid for Rio Tinto.
